that if it accepts the deed to the property hereinabove described, City will install
curbs, gutters and pavement therein and replace existing sidewalk and concrete drive-
ways, such initial installation and replacement to be at City's sole cost and expense.

that if it accepts the deed to the property hereinabove described, City will install
curbs, gutters and pavement therein and replace existing sidewalk and concrete drive-
ways, such initial installation and replacement to be at City's sole cost and expense.
This agreement and all terms and conditions thereof shall inure to the benefit
of and shall be binding upon each party hereto and the heirs, executors, administra-
tors, legal representatives, successors and assigns of each party hereto.
Cost of Sidewalk to be subtracted
from above amount. Cost of said
