that if it accepts the deed to the property hereinabove described, City will install
curbs, gutters and pavement therein and replace existing sidewalk and concrete drive-
ways, such initial installation and replacement to be at City's sole cost and expense.

and to execute all requests for partial reconveyances from holders of trust deeds and'
other encumbrances, and to cooperate with the City in obtaining same. Owner warrants

Bt~tad. There shall be no proration of taxes or insurance. The City further agrees
that if it accepts the deed to the property hereinabove described, City will install
,'curbs, gutters and pavement therein and replace existing sidewalk and concrete drive-
ways, such initial installation and replacement to be at City's sole cost and expense.

This agreement and all terms and conditions thereof shall inure to the benefit
of and shall be binding upon each party hereto and the heirs, executors, administra-
tors, legal representatives, successors and assigns qf each party hereto.
