zation of the City Council of the City of Arcadia contained in
Resolution No. 2963, adopted January 21, 1958, and recorded in the

wide, a distance of 15.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the
southwest having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence northerly and westerly along said
curve through an arc of 90. 00' 00", a length of 23.56 feet to a point in the northerly
line of said Lot 2, being also the southerly line of Longden Avenue, 60 feet wide,
that is distant thereon South 89. 36' 00" West 15.00 feet from said point of beginning,
