: . This is to certify that the interest in real property cnnveyed or
transferred to the City of Arcadia, a municipal corporation, by
the deed, grant, conveyance or instrument dated November 28, 196?
from or executed by Kenneth H. and Rosemary R. Clissold ,
is hereby accepted by the City of Arcadia by the order or authori-
zation of the City Council of the City of Arcadia contained in
Resolution No. 2963, adopted January 21, 1958, and recorded in the ~
office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County on January 29, 1958 ~
as instrument No. 3069 in Book 56448, Page 264, Off ial Records of ~'

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
KENNETH H. CLISSOLD and ROSEMARY R. CLISSOLD, his wife, hereby grant to the
CITY OF ARCADIA, a Municipal Corporation, an easement for sidewalk and planting
purposes over, under and across the following described real property in the
City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
The northerly 5 feet of that portion of Lot 125 of the Arcadia
Acreage Tract in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 10, page 18
of Ma~ in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 125; thence
North along the West line of said Lot 125 N. 00 24' 07" W.
66.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to
the Southeast and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence
North and East along said tangent curve through a central
angle of 900 01' 07" an arc distance of 23.57 feet to the
North line of the South 81.00 feet of said Lot 125; thence
East along said last mentioned North line N. 890 37' OO~
E. 111.50 'feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
to the South and having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence East
along said last mentioned tangent curve through a central
angle of 290 55' 36" an arc distance of 20.89 feet to the
beginning of a reversing curve concave to the North and
having a radius of 35.00 feet; thence East along said last
mentioned reversing curve through a central angle of 80 16' OO~
an arc distance of 5.05 feet to the East line of the West 151.00
feet of said Lot 125; thence South along said last mentioned
East line S. 00 24' 07" E. 73.47 feet to the South line of
said Lot 125; thence West along said South line of Lot 125
S. 890 37' 00" W. 151.00 feet to the point of beginning.
