CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property cnnveyed or
transferred to the City of Arcadia, a municipal corporation, by
the deed, grant, conveyance or instrument dated October "\1. 1962,
from or executed by DONALD M. McDONALD and DOROTHY 1. McDONALD ,
is hereby accepted by the City of Arcadia by the order or authori-
zation of the City Council of the City of Arcadia contained in
Resolution No. 2963, adopted January 21, 1958, and recorded in the
office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County on Januar 29, 1958
as instrument No. 3069 in Book 56448, Page 264, Off 1 Records of
Los Angeles County; and the City of Arcadia cOuse the recorda-
tion thereof by its duly authorized officers.

GRANT OF EASEMENT

FOR p, VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, DONALD M. McDONALD and DOROTHY I. McDONALD, husband
and wife, hereby grant to the CITY OF ARCADIA, a municipal corpora-
tion, an easement for public road purposes, fences, water line and
water line appurtenances in, on, upon, over and across the follow-
ing described real property in the City of Arcadia, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 9, Tract No. 23144, as
shown on map recorded in Book 624, pages 61
and 62, of Maps, in the office of the Re-
corder of said County, described as follows:

Beginning at the most nor1;her'ly corner of
Lot 9 of said Tract No. 23144; thence South
80021'31" East along a northerly line of
said Lot 9 a distance of 79.69 feet to the
northeasterly corner of said lot; thence
South 79056' West a distance of 95.06 feet;
thence South 77032' West a distance of
34.56 feet; thence North 850031 West a dis-
tance of 11.95 feet; thence South 84028'
West a distance of 23.83 feet more or less
to the most northerly point in the westerly
line of said lot; thence North 78042'10"
East a distance of 40.00 feet along a north-
erly line of said lot to the beginning of a
curve concave to the northwest having a
radius of 70 feet and a length of 56.23
feet; thence along the last mentioned curve
56.23 feet to the point of beginning.
