THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, That the City of Arcadia does hereby accept trom Elmer Benson and Esther A. Benson a grant of easement dated December 30, 1953, for storm drain and drainage facilities purposes and pur- po.es related thereto, covering that portion of Lot 1, Tract No. 951 in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of Calif- ornia, per map recorded in Book 17, Page 28 ot Maps in the otfice of the County Recorder of said County .a more particularly describ- ed in said grant deed. SECTION 2.
