On MOTION by Member Scott, seconded by Member Helms and carried unani-
mously the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 20, 1975 were APPROVED.
The City Manager explained and made recommendations concerning an
Agreement to Negotiate with Trilco for the improvement of its property
north of the railroad at 214 N. First Avenue by the construction of a
16,225 sq. ft. addition to one of its existing buildings. Additional
land is needed for parking purposes in order to comply with City
