Continued - Disposition and Development Agreement between the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency and American Savings and Loan Association for property located at the northwest corner of First Avenue and Hunting- ton Drive. Staff responded to questions propounded by the Agency concerning the agreement which incorporates the final thinking of staff and the Association particularly as it relates to the current status of the property.
