Councilmember Gilb explained the status of a member of the Youth
Commission, Kathleen Parrot, who was elected by the First Avenue
Junior High School. Katie lives outside the city limits and Mr.
Gilb felt 'an exception should be made in this instance inasmuch
as no one was aware of the provision that a Commissioner should
reside in the city. It was MOVED by Councilmember Gilb, seconded
by Councilmember Lojeski and carried on roll call vote as follows
that Kathleen Parrot be allowed to complete her term to which she
was elected.
