ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
JULY 3, 1984
The City Council of the City of Arcadia and the Arcadia Redevelopment
Agency met in an adjourned session at 7 p.m. July 3, 1984 in the
Arcadia City Hall Conference Room.
PRESENT: Councilmembers Lojeski, Pellegrino, Young, Hannah
ABSENT: Councilmember Gilb
On MOTION by Councilmember Lojeski, seconded by Councilmember Pelle-
grino and carried unanimously Councilmember Gilb was excused.
It was MOVED by Councilmember Lojeski, seconded by Councilmember
Young and carried unanimously that Mayor Hannnh and Mayor Protempore
Pellegrino be designated as Voting representative and alternate re-
spectively at the League Annual Conference to be held in Anaheim
September 23 - 26, 1984.
Due to the absence of Agency Member Gilb two redevelopment items
relating to 1) the American SaVings and Loan Company and 2) the
Falzone project for First and Huntington, will be considered at
7 p.m. JULY 10, 1984. (NOTE: Agency Members Hannah and Pellegrino
could not participate in these considerations as they have a conflict.)

A meeting was scheduled for July 10 at 7 p.m. to discuss redevelop-
ment goals for the ensuing year.
Staff advised on the progress of the Larmor project at Fifth and
Huntington - the ground breaking has been held; most of the required
permits have been taken out; grading to be started soon. It is
estimated that it will take about eight months to complete construc-
tion.... also that the Southland National Bank has leased space in
the building.
The City Attorney will prepare a proposed Code of Ethics for con-
sideration by the City Council.
Inasmuch as he has a conflict of interest in relation to acting as
liaison to the Parking Place Commission Mayor Hannah MOVED that
Councilmember Young be appointed as liaison to said commission and
that Council member Lojeski be named alternate. Motion seconded by
Councilmember Pellegrino and carried on roll call vote as follows:
