ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
MAY 5, 1981
The City Council of the City of Arcadia met in an adjourned regular
session at 7 p.m. May 5, 1981 in the City Hall Conference Room.
PRESENT:
ABSENT :
Councilmen Dring, Haltom, Pellegrino, Saelid, Gilb
None
The City Council scheduled budget sessions for May 11, 14, and 18,
1981 at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room.
It was MOVED by Councilman Dring, seconded by Councilman Saelid and
carried that an item relating to an annexation request be considered
at the beginning of the regular meeting to convene at 7:30 p.m.
Discussion held on items to be considered at the regular meeting.
Agenda items to be pulled from the listed Consent Items 5-C, 5-E
and 5-F.
In response to an inquiry the City Council indicated it would be
willing to consider proposals for a specific piece of property on
Huntington Drive.
Pursuant to a request by Councilman Haltom - Councilman Pellegrino,
Council Liaison to the Senior Citizens Commission, will present_the
question as to whether or not senior citizens prefer items on the
grocery shelves marked as to price.
Some discussion held on the annexation request which will be consid-
ered at the regular meeting this date. Many concerns were expressed
and Mayor Gilb asked that the individual Councilmen make lists of
their concerns to be presented at the regular meeting.
The meeting adjourned sine die at 7:30 p.m.
