SUBJECT: Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA 12 -04 to merge 21 W. Wistaria
Avenue and the parcel to the north (no address)
In accordance with Arcadia Municipal Code Section 9132.3.1.C, this memorandum
is to notify the Planning Commission that on August 29, 2012 the Development
Services Department approved a Lot Line Adjustment to remove the rear property
line between 21 W. Wistaria Avenue and the property to the north with no
address— see attached aerial map and Exhibit B. This subdivision action is in
compliance with the Arcadia Municipal Code and the Subdivision Map Act.
