COMES NOW Defendant, CITY OF ARCADIA, a public entity, and hereby provides
formal notice that the parties to the instant litigation have arrived at a mutual release and settlement
agreement with respect to the above - entitled matter.
Pursuant to the Mutual Release and Settlement Agreement regarding real property located at
2205 Canyon Road, Arcadia, California 91006 [attached hereto as Exhibit "A "], Plaintiffs
ETHLYN and JOSEPH PULLIAM, husband and wife — i.e., the owners of the real properly located
at 2205 Canyon Road, Arcadia, California 91006 — have entered into a binding agreement to forever
release and discharge Defendant CITY OF ARCADIA, a public entity, and its officials,

administrators, agents, employees, assigns, servants, claims administrators, and attorneys from any
and all liability or legal responsibility, in equity or in law, for any damages or diminution of value
that occurred, or will occur, in the future to plaintiff's property located at 2205 Canyon Road,
Arcadia, California 91006, or more particularly described as follows:
"Lot 54 of Tract No. 23145, in the City of Arcadia, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 631, Pages 90-
92 inclusive of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County
( "Affected Land "),"
Please take further notice that Plaintiffs ETHYLN and JOSEPH PULLIAM have agreed and
thereupon did covenant with the CITY OF ARCADIA, a municipal corporation, to forever release
and discharge any and all liability or legal responsibility in the specific manner set forth in the
Mutual Release Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit "A." It is agreed that the Mutual Release
and Settlement Agreement [attached hereto as Exhibit "A" j, covenant, and discharge of any and all
liability against the CITY OF ARCADIA is to run with the "affected land" (set forth and defined
supra) in perpetuity.

Husband and Wife, the plaintiffs in the civil lawsuit against the CITY OF
ARCADIA bearing Case Number GC034221, filed in the Los Angeles
Superior Court [Pasadena],
hereinafter referred to as "plaintiffs ", the owners of the real property located
at 2205 Canyon Road, Arcadia, California 91006, hereinafter agree to
forever release and discharge the CITY OF ARCADIA, and its officials,
administrators, agents, employees, assigns, servants, claims administrators,
acid attorneys from any and all liability or legal responsibility, in equity or at
law, for any damages or diminution in value that occurred or will occur in
the future to plaintiff's properly located at 2205 Canyon Road, Arcadia,
California 91006, more particularly described as follows:
