Staff advised that the Superintendent of Schools had advised that the
School Board had voted to accept most of the audio visual materials from
the City Library.
Staff advised that a presentation is to be made this evening on behalf
of Senator Richardson. (This ~as a plaque to Police Chief Mitchell.)
Due to complaints and the backing up of traffic along a portion of Santa
Anita Avenue from vehicles waiting to get into the new "In-and-Out Burger"
facility at Colorado, various methods of solving the problem were dis-
cussed, Staff will look to voluntary compliance before taking stronger
measures.
Council then entered a CLOSED SESSION, RECONVENED AND ADJOURNED SINE DIE.
