CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA
and the
ARCADIA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 3, 1991
The City Council and the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency met in
an Adjourned Regular Meeting at 7:00 p. m., Tuesday, December
3, 1991, in the Conference Room of the City Hall Council
Chambers.

Arcadia's application to the California State Library for
funds to construct a new library has been reviewed and
evaluated. The State Board informs that Arcadia is one of 48
e~igible cities for the $37 million in Bond Act funds. The
Library Construction and Renovation Board will meet December
19, to consider all of the eligible applications and make
funding determinations.

The City Council determined to consider the tree preservation
ordinance at the December 17, 1991 regular meeting.
CLOSED
SESSION
The City Manager requested a Closed Session before the regular
meeting this date.
Councilmember Young reported to staff that a dumpster is being
stored in the front yard at 234 West Orange Grove Avenue.
Also, that a property at 1207 Oakglen has a large pile of tree
wood stored in the front yard which has been there for three
months. Staff will take care of both of these problems
promptly.
ADJOURNMENT
At 7:08 p. m. the Council entered a CLOSED SESSION, RECONVENED
AND ADJOURNED sine die at 7:30 p. m.
