Huntington Drive, Arcadia Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons with a disability who require a disability related modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting, including auxiliary aids or services, may request such modification or accommodation from Planning Services at 626- 574-5423. Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to assure accessibility to the meeting. PUBLIC HEARINGS You are hereby advised that should you desire to legally challenge in court any action taken by the Modification Committee regarding any Public Hearing item, you may be limited to raising only those issues and objections you or someone else raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the Modification Committee at, or prior to, the public hearing. a. Modification Application No. MC 12 -20 and Single- Family Architectural Design Review No. SF ADR 12 -04 2330 S. Baldwin Avenue Applicant: Philip Chan Architectural Design Review and a Modification to allow a 25' -0" front yard setback in lieu of a special setback of 35' -0" on Palm Drive for a new 3,116 square -foot, two -story, single - family residence (AMC Sec. 9320.62.1). b. Modification Application No. MC 13 -03 233 W. Naomi Ave.965 W. Foothill Boulevard Applicant: Dafna Lahar (Designer) A Modification to allow a 517 square -foot porte cochere that will be 15' -7" in height in lieu or the maximum height of 14' -0" (AMC Sec. 9251.2.1). Under the Brown Act, the Members are prohibited from discussing or taking action on any items not listed on the posted agenda. ADJOURNMENT The Modification Committee will adjourn this meeting to March 12, 2012, at 7:45 a.m. in the Council Chambers Conference Room, 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia.
