RESOLUTION NO. 6862 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DEDICATION FOR STREET PURPOSES AS SET FORTH IN PARCEL MAP 71791 AT 609 SOUTH SECOND AVENUE WHEREAS, on January 10, 2012 the Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia approved Tentative Parcel Map 71791 subject to conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, as a condition of the Parcel Map, the Subdivider is required to dedicate to the City a 12 -foot wide strip of land for street purposes along the frontage of Lot 1 on Second Avenue; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 71791 is now ready for approval with the dedication of a portion of Lot 1 for street purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That certain property located in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as shown on attached Exhibit "A ", dedicated to the City for street purposes is hereby accepted.
