Consideration of Tentative Map 47234, an appeal
of the Planning Commission's denial of an 8 -lot
subdivision at 1715 -1723 Baldwin Avenue (Steven
Yuan, applicant).
2. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
a. Request from Sister City Commission for City
financial assistance to host Koala Band
visit.
3. Time reserved for those in the audience who
wish to address the City Council (five- minute
time limit per person).

of Arcadia.
