PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of Tentative Map 47234, an appeal of the Planning Commission's denial of an 8 -lot subdivision at 1715 -1723 Baldwin Avenue (Steven Yuan, applicant). 2. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS a. Request from Sister City Commission for City financial assistance to host Koala Band visit. 3. Request to renew agreement with Liebert, Cassidy & Frierson for labor relations and personnel legal services. d.
