RECONVENE CITY COUNCIL ACTION 5. CONSENT ITEMS a. Consideration of Final Map 46211 for a new cul-de-sac with six single-family lots at 1109-1127 S. Sixth Avenue (Mur-Sol Inc „ developer in escrow). b. Consideraton of Final Map 46800 to subdivide five (5) lots into six (6) lots for single- family residences at 2309-2323 S. Baldwin Avenue (Chaw Kuo Chow, owner~. c. Report and recommendation to reject Ambulance Bids No. 8889-16. d. Report and recommendation for the purchase of a one-ton cab and chassis for the Fire Department. e. Request for approval of recommendations to increase hourly pay rates for part-time positions. 6. ORDINANCE NO. 1902 - For Adoption - Changing the zoning from C-1 (Limited Commercial) to C-2 (General Commercial) for an existing Commercial Center at 148-158 Las Tunas Drive and 141-149 Live Oak Avenue. b. RESOLUTION NO. 5461, concurring with the County Hazardous Waste Management Plan. c. La Sierra Drive. e. RESOLOTION NO. 5464, denying with findings an appeal of Conditional Use Permit SS-029, affirming with conditions of approval one 4,800 square-foot restaurant at 1220-1300 S. Golden West Avenue. f. RESOLUTION N0. 5465, approving agreement for cost sharing of street highways in the City of Arcadia. g. RESOLUTION NO. 5466, declaring that weeds growing upon and in front of, and brush, rubbish, refuse and dirt upon and in front of certain private property in the City are a public nuisance, and declaring its inten- tion to provide for the abatement thereof. h.
