PUBLIC HEARING Appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of one 4,800 square foot restaurant and denial of two additional restaurants of 1,200 and 1,600 square feet at 1220-1300 South Golden West Avenue (Alexander Chen and Albert Hsu, applicants), 2. PUBLIC HEARING Appeal of the Planning Commission's denialof an appeal of one of the conditions of approval of Home Occupation Permit 85-124 which permitted the operation of a limousine service at 136 W. La Sierra Drive, subject to the condition that only one limousine be allowed on the premises. The applicants are requesting permission to allow three limousines (Mr, and Mrs. Wayne Brooks, owners). 4. PUBLIC HEARING Request for variance from the Building Regulations of the Arcadia Municipal Code to allow the tem- ` porary use of a trailer as classrooms at 512 W, Duarte Road (Our Savior Lutheran Church). 5.
