Consideration of establishing service rates for
the collection and disposal of residential
refuse within the City of Arcadia by agreement
with Best Disposal.
RESOLUTION NO. 5459, setting the service
rates for the collection and disposal of
residential refuse within the City of Arcadia.

Consideration of zone change Z 88-005; a zone
change from C-1 (Limited Commercial) to C-2
(General Commercial`) at 141-149'West Live Oak
Avenue and 148-158 Las Tunas Drive. (Kai Chow
Tse and Diane Tse).

Recommendation.regarding installation of street
light's on Le Roy,Avenue and Sewanee Lane.by
Assessment District - Job No. 643.
RESOLUTION NO. 5457, determining that the pay-
ment of certaim assessments under the Improve-
ment Act of 1911 may be made in annual install-
ments (Le Roy Avenue and Sewanee Lane).
RESOLUTION NO. 5458, confirming the cost of the
installation of street lights and assessing,
the cost against Ehe adjacent property pursuant
tb the Improvement Act of 7911 (Le Roy Avenue
and Sewanee Lane).

the Arcadia Municipal Code by adding a
Division 4 to Part 2 regarding fees for
police services at disorderly private
