PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of establishing service rates for the collection and disposal of residential refuse within the City of Arcadia by agreement with Best Disposal. RESOLUTION NO. 5459, setting the service rates for the collection and disposal of residential refuse within the City of Arcadia. 2. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of zone change Z 88-005; a zone change from C-1 (Limited Commercial) to C-2 (General Commercial`) at 141-149'West Live Oak Avenue and 148-158 Las Tunas Drive. (Kai Chow Tse and Diane Tse). 3. PUBLIC HEARING Recommendation.regarding installation of street light's on Le Roy,Avenue and Sewanee Lane.by Assessment District - Job No. 643. RESOLUTION NO. 5457, determining that the pay- ment of certaim assessments under the Improve- ment Act of 1911 may be made in annual install- ments (Le Roy Avenue and Sewanee Lane). ORDINANCE NO. 1901 - ADOPTION - amending the Arcadia Municipal Code by adding a Division 4 to Part 2 regarding fees for police services at disorderly private assemblages/parties. 10.
