RESOLUTION NO. 5491, determining that the

installments (Palo Alto Drive and Magellan
Road).
RESOLUTION NO. 5492, confirming the cost of
installation of street lights and assessing
the cost against the adjacent property
pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911 (Palo
Alto Drive and Magellan Road).

Section 2270 of the Arcadia Municioal Code
by decreasing the number of inembers of the City
of Arcadia Recreation and Parks Commission
from seven to five members.
b. ORbINANCE NO. 1909 - For Introduction - Amending
Section 2671 of the Arcadia Municipal Code to
ap~ly the utilities tax to interstate and
international communication service.
c. ORDINANCE NO. 1910 - For Introduction -
Changing the existing zone of R-0 & D 15,000
to zone R-0 & D 22,000 for the lots located
within Tract 11215 in the Rancho Santa Anita
Resident's Association (LOwer Rancho) area and
four adjoining lots at 230, 236, 240 and 244
