PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of Zone Change Z-89-002 to change the existing zone of R-O & D 15,000 to zone R-O & D 22,000 for the 98 lots located within Tract 11215 in the Rancho Santa Anita Resident's Association (Lower Rancho) area and four adjoin- ing lots at 230, 236, 240 & 294 Vaquero Road. 2. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS a. ORDINANCE NO. 1907 - For Introduction -' Amending Section 2270 of the Arcadia Municipal Code by decreasing the number of inembers of the City of Arcadia Recreation and Parks Commission from seven to five members. Consideration of a request to delete restrictions 14 and 15, and modify 16 and 21 from Resolution 3731 which pertain to the free-standing sign and wall signs at 1220-1300 South Golden West Avenue (President Square). c. Report and Recommendation for Street Closure for a Block Party on Cabrillo Street from Panorama Drive to Hugo Reid Drive. d. Report on Annual Estimate of Costs of Operating the Arcadia Consolidated Lighting District. e. Recommendation to Approve Plans and Specifi- cations and Authorization to Call for Bids for Construction of Sidewalk at Various Locations- Job No. 655. f. Recommendation for Extension of Agreement with Progressive Solutions for Computer Software Support. g.
