PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of the adoption of Ordinance No. 1708, rezoning the Anoakia property located at the north- west corner of Baldwin Avenue and Foothill Boule- vard from R-0 30,000 & D to R-0 22,000 & D for the property at 701 W. Foothill Boulevard. ORDINANCE NO. 1708 - For Adoption - Suspending Ordinance No. 1625 and Arcadia Municipal Code Section 9233.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to reclassify the Anoakia Area at 701 W. Foothill Boulevard from R-0 33,000 & D to R-0 22,000 & D. AGENDA 6/20/89 ~ ~ ~ 2. PUBLIC HEARING ACTION Proposed Annual Operatin9 Budget for 1989-90. RESOLUTION NO. 5483, adopting a budget for the Fiscal Year 1989-90 and appropriating the amounts specified therein as expenditures from the funds indicated. 3. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS a. ORDINANCE NO. 1907 - For Introduction - Amending Section 2270 of the Arcadia Municipal Code by decreasing the number of inembers of the City of Arcadia Recreation and Parks Commission from seven to five members. b. Consideration of Appointments to Boards and Commissions. c. Acceptance of gift from the Friends of the Arcadia Public Library. 4. Design Review for 333 East Huntington Drive (TOny Roma's and Tokyo Wako Restaurants). d, Request for authorization to amend Resolution No. ARA-137 and Resolution No. ARA-138, to consolidate the changes to Resolution No. ARA-137 and to add requirements of the Bond Insurer, AMBAC. RESOLUTION NO. ARA-139, amended and restated, authorizing the issuance of an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $4,000,000 of Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds of said Agency to refinance a portion of the cost of a rede- velopment project known as the Central Redevelopment Project. _z_ AGENDA 6/20/89 ~ 6.
