PRESENTATION by Arcadia PTA Council 1. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of Text Amendment 89 -001 limiting building height in the R -0 and R -1 zones to a maximum of two stories. ORDINANCE NO. 1904 - For Introduction - Amending Sections 9251.2.1 and 9252.2.1 of the Arcadia Municipal Code to limit buildings and structures to two (2) stories (T.A. 89 -001). 2. ORDINANCE NO. 1903 - For Adoption - Adding Section 2332 to the Arcadia Municipal Code accepting the Penal Code requirements relating to the selection and training standards of public safety dispatcher. b. RESOLUTION NO. 5468, denying with findings, an appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of T.P.M. 89 -01 to create three new single family lots from one existing lot at 1000 S.
