Consideration of an appeal of the Planning
Commission's denial of Z -89 -001, a zone change
from C -0 & D (Professional Office with a Design
Overlay) to C -1 (Limited Commercial) at 721 W.
Huntington Drive at the northeast corner of
Huntington Drive and Old Ranch Road (Pier 1
Imports,Inc., applicant.
2. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of Text Amendment 89 -002, to permit
home furnishings and decorating accessories stores
in the C -1 zone (Pier 1 Imports, Inc., applicant).
3. PUBLIC HEARING
Petition for street lights on Kingsley Drive from
Old Ranch Road to Magellan Road.
4. Time reserved for those in the audience who
wish to address the City Council (five- minute
time limit per person).
