including Lyndon Way as it borders Duarte Road, and Ewell Lane as
it borders LeRoy Avenue.
f. Report and recommendation to approve amendments to the Joint Approved 4-0
Powers Authority Agreement with Foothill Transit relating to
definitions, member terms and appointing authorities and also to
include the City of La Puente.
g. Report and recommendation to authorize the advertisement of bids Aoproved 4-0
for the removal and replacement of underground fuel tanks at Fire
Station l.
h. Report and recommendation to approve a street closure for a Fourth Approved 4-0
of July block party on the 2?00 block of Cielo Place, from Canyon
Road to the north end of the cul-de-sac.
i. RESOLUTION NO. 5921 A Resolution of the City Council of the City Adonted 4-0
of Arcadia establishing an appropriations limit for the tiscal year
1996-1997 pursuant to Article XI[IB of the Califomia Constitution.
