NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
As authorized by Arcadia City Charter Section 408 and California
Government Code Section 54956 a Special Meeting of the Arcadia City
Council is hereby called for the Arcadia City Council Chambers at 240 W.
Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California at 8: oo a.m. on March 26, 1997.
The purpose of this meeting is set forth by the following items of
consideration:
Barbara D. Kuhn
1. A Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8
Robert C. Harbicht concerning real property at 285 Huntington Drive - approximately 85 acres
Map,.P,e of the southerly parking lot of the Santa Anita Race Track property. The
Closed Session is with the City negotiators concerning a potential
Dr. Sheng Chang development agreement applicable to subject property involving possible
Gary A. Kovacic terms of payment pertaining to the potential purchase, sale, exchange, or
Mary B. Young related disposition of parts of subject property including public rights of way
Cmwttr adjacent to said property. City negotiations would be with designated
representatives of Santa Anita Realty Enterprises.
2. Consideration of potential amendment to Cost Compensation
Agreement with Santa Anita Realty Enterprises.
No other business other than Items 1 and 2 above shall be considered at this
meeting.

TIME RESERVED FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO ADDRESS
THE CITY COUNCIL (FIVE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON)
3. CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to confer
with City negotiators concerning a potential development agreement for real
property at 285 Huntington Drive - approximately 85 acres of the southerly
parking lot of the Santa Anita Race Track property involving possible terms of
payment pertaining to the potential purchase, sale, exchange, or related
disposition of parts of subject property including public rights of way adjacent to
said property. City negotiations would be with designated representatives of
Santa Anita Realty Enterprises.
4. OPEN SESSION - Consideration of potential amendment to Cost Compensation
Agreement with Santa Anita Realty Enterprises.
5. ADJOURN to April 1, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber
