SFADR 13-88 FOR A NEW 4,145 SQUARE-FOOT, TWO-STORY, SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 500 SAN LUIS REY ROAD An appeal of the denial of Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 13-88, for a new 4,145 square-foot, two-story, single-family residence at 500 San Luis Rey Road, was scheduled for tonight's Planning Commission meeting. The appellants, Mr. Kuo-Ping (Peter) Wang and Mr. Ben Masaru Kawachi of JWL Associates, Inc., have withdrawn the appeal — see the attached email printout. Mr. Kawachi states that the proposal will be revised.
