OF THE PAUL P. TAGLE AND WENDY T. TAGLE REVOCABLE TRUST dated
June 26, 1999
all right, title and interest in and to that certain strip of land designated as Future Street, as more
fully described in Exhibits A and B, and that certain strip of land designated as Future Easement
for planting, sidewalk and utility purposes, as more fully described in Exhibits C and D, situated
in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
