Meetings of August 7, 1979
1. PUBLIC HEARING An appeal of the Planning Commission's denial of a
General Plan Change from Single - Family Residential and
Commercial to Multiple - Family Residential (7 +du /ac) at
536 -554 W. Las Tunas Drive.
2. PUBLIC HEARING Request for variance for the height of a swimming pool
fence at 730 Katherine Lane.
3. Time reserved for those in the audience who may wish to address the City
Council (time limit five minutes per person).
4. CITY MANAGER a. Consent Items:
(1) Personnel Board recommendation for
adoption of Fire Crewmember Class Specifi-
cation.
(2) Recommendations from the Recreation
and Parks Commission regarding Multi- Purpose
Playfield Concession Stand.
(3) Planning Commission Resolution 1106
granting a conditional use permit for a
church expansion at 725 and 805 North
First Avenue.
(4) Request for approval of dedication for
TPM -79 -4 (Parcel Map 12091) at 53 California
Street.

Fire Departments.

Drive Signal Improvement Program.
5. CITY ATTORNEY a. Resolution No. 4852 - Requesting an Allocation of
County Aid to Cities Funds for the Maintenance of Traffic
Signals on Select System Streets.
b. Resolution No. 4853 - Approving the Application of
Eric Akerlind, Jr. for Disability Retirement and Finding
that He is Incapacitated to Perform His Duties as Police
Sergeant.
c. Claim of David John Cavalieri.
