Las Tunas Drive. 2. PUBLIC HEARING Request for variance for the height of a swimming pool fence at 730 Katherine Lane. 3. Time reserved for those in the audience who may wish to address the City Council (time limit five minutes per person). 4. CITY MANAGER a. Consent Items: (1) Personnel Board recommendation for adoption of Fire Crewmember Class Specifi- cation. (2) Recommendations from the Recreation and Parks Commission regarding Multi- Purpose Playfield Concession Stand. (3) Planning Commission Resolution 1106 granting a conditional use permit for a church expansion at 725 and 805 North First Avenue.
