PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission Resolution 1091 recommending amend- ments to the R -O (First One- Family zone) and R -1 (Second One - Family Zone), R -0 and R -1 definitions in the "Establish- ment of Zones" section of the Code, and deleting the R -2 (7.5) zone designation. a. PLANNING Planning Commission Resolution 1099 ordering a study of COMMISSION the impact of the conversion of multiple dwellings into co- operative multiple dwellings, zoning proposals therefor, and recommending the City Council adopt an urgency ordinance prohibiting any proposed conversions for four months. 8. LIBRARY BOARD Request for adoption of increased workload level for OF TRUSTEES FY 1979 -80. 9. SENIOR CITIZENS' Recommendation that staff be authorized to conduct an COMMISSION area study for Senior Citizen Housing in Arcadia. Ordinance No. 1676 - For Adoption - Amending the Arcadia Municipal Code by Adding Thereto Section 6214.6 Requiring Contractors to Pay Any Business License Fee Due From Subcontractors or Materialmen Performing Any Work or Improvement Prior to Final Inspection or Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy or Completion of Such Work or Improvement. c.
