1. CONTINUED JOINT PUBLIC Disposition and Development Agreement between

in the Central Redevelopment Project Area,
and the certification of a Negative Declaration
of Environmental Impact thereon.

environmental findings necessary for the pro-.
posed Disposition and Development Agreement
by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency with Repub-
lic Development Company for the sale and devel-
opment of certain real properties generally
located in the area bounded by Foothill Freewa -y
to the north, A.T. & S.F. Railroad right -of-
way to the south, Fifth Avenue to the east and
Second Avenue to the west, and that portion of
the Project Area 325 feet west of Second
Avenue between Santa Clara Street and Wheeler
Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project.
b. City Council Resolution No. 4861 - Making
certain findings with respect to the consider-
ation to be received by the Arcadia Redevelop-
ment Agency pursuant to certain Disposition and
Development Agreement by the Arcadia Redevel-
opment Agency with Republic Development Company
for the sale and development of certain real
properties generally located in the area
bounded by Foothill Freeway to the north,
A.T. & S.F. Railroad right -of -way to the south,
Fifth Avenue to the east and Second Avenue to

the west, and that portion of the Project Area
325 feet west of Second Avenue between Santa
Clara Street and Wheeler Avenue in the Central
Redevelopment Project; approving the proposed
sale of said real property; and approving the
Disposition and Development Agreement pertain-
ing thereto.
c. Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. ARA -54
Making environmental findings necessary for the
proposed Disposition and Development Agree-
ment by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency with
Republic Development Company for the sale and
development of certain real properties generally
located in the area bounded by Foothill Freeway
to the north, A.T. & S,F. Railroad right -of-
way to the south,Fifth Avenue to the east and
Second Avenue to the west, and that portion
of the Project Area 325 feet west of Second
Avenue between Santa Clara Street and Wheeler
Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project.
d. Redevelopment Agency Resolution No, ARA -55
Making certain findings with respect to the
consideration to be received by the Arcadia
Redevelopment Agency pursuant to a certain
Disposition and Development Agreement by the
Arcadia Redevelopment Agency with Republic
Development Company for the sale and devel-
opment of certain real properties generally
located in the area bounded by Foothill Free -
way to the north, A.T. & S.F. Railroad right -
of -way to the south, Fifth Avenue to the east
and Second Avenue to the west, and that portion
of the Project Area 325 feet west of Second
Avenue between Santa Clara Street and Wheeler
Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project;
approving the proposed sale of said real pro-
perties and the Disposition and Development
Agreement pertaining thereto; and authorizing
the execution and implementation of said
Disposition and Development Agreement.
Participation Agreement between the Arcadia
Redevelopment Agency and A.R. Coke and Associ-
ates for the proposed sale and development of
real property along the south side of Huntington
Drive between Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue
in the Central Redevelopment Project Area, and
the certification of a Negative Declaration of
Environmental Impact thereon; and to consider
the findings of the City Council and Redevelop-
ment Agency that Republic Development Company

be included in the proposed agreement as the
party responsible for the overall planning
and coordination of development in the Site
Area.
PUBLIC HEARING DATE Request for City Council consideration of a
public hearing date on a Disposition and
Development Agreement between the Redevelop-
ment Agency and Republic Development Company
for the balance of the Redevelopment Project
Area east of Second Avenue excluded from
other agreements.
51 NORTH THIRD Consideration of a request by J. and P.
AVENUE Plastering Company to rent Agency -owned
property at 51 North Third Avenue.
