Railroad tracks to the south, Fifth Avenue to the east and Second Avenue to the west,and that portion of the Project Area 325 feet west of Second Avenue between Santa Clara Street and Wheeler Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project Area, and the certification of a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact thereon. a. City Council Resolution No. 4860 - Making environmental findings necessary for the pro- posed Disposition and Development Agreement by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency with Repub- lic Development Company for the sale and devel- opment of certain real properties generally located in the area bounded by Foothill Freeway to the north, A.T. & S.F. Railroad right -of- way to the south, Fifth Avenue to the east and Second Avenue to the west, and that portion of the Project' Area 325 feet west of Second Avenue between Santa Clara Street and Wheeler Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project. b, City Council Resolution No. 4861 - Making certain findings with respect to the consider- ation to be received by the Arcadia Redevelop- ment Agency pursuant to certain Disposition and Development Agreement by the Arcadia Redevel- opment Agency with Republic Development Company for the sale and development of certain real properties generally located in the area bounded by Foothill Freeway to the north, A.T. & S.F. Railroad right -of -way to the south, Fifth Avenue to the east and Second Avenue to -1- the west, and that portion of the Project Area 325 feet west of Second Avenue between Santa Clara Street and Wheeler Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project; approving the proposed sale of said real property; and approving the Disposition and Development Agreement pertain- ing thereto. C. Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. ARA -54 Making environmental findings necessary for the proposed Disposition and Development Agree- ment by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency with Republic Development Company for the sale and development of certain real properties generally located in the area bounded by Foothill Freeway to the north, A.T. & S,F. Railroad right -of- way to the south,Fifth Avenue to the east and Second Avenue to the west, and that portion of the Project Area 325 feet west of Second Avenue between Santa Clara Street and Wheeler Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project. d. Redevelopment Agency Resolution No, ARA -55 Making certain findings with respect to the consideration to be received by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency pursuant to a certain Disposition and Development Agreement by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency with Republic Development Company for the sale and devel- opment of certain real properties generally located in the area bounded by Foothill Free- way to the north, A.T. & S,F, Railroad right - of -way to the south, Fifth Avenue to the east and Second Avenue to the west, and that portion of the Project Area 325 feet west of Second Avenue between Santa Clara Street and Wheeler Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project; approving the proposed sale of said real pro- perties and the Disposition and Development Agreement pertaining thereto; and authorizing the execution and implementation of said Disposition and Development Agreement. 2. CONTINUED JOINT PUBLIC Participation Agreement between the Arcadia HEARING BY THE CITY Redevelopment Agency and A.R. Adjourn a, City Council Resolution No. 4862 - Making environmental findings necessary for the pro- posed Participation Agreement by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency with A.R. Coke and Associates for the sale, and development of certain real properties located at 300 -324 East Huntington Drive and 10 South Third Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project. b. City Council Resolution No. 4863 - Making certain findings with respect to the considera- tion to be received by the Arcadia Redevelop- ment Agency pursuant to certain Participation Agreement by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency and development of certain real properties located at 300 -324 East Huntington Drive and 10 South Third Avenue in the Central Redevel- opment Project; approving the proposed sale of said real property; and approving the Partici- pation Agreement pertaining thereto. C. Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. ARA -56 Making environmental findings necessary for the proposed Participation Agreement by the Arcadia. Redevelopment Agency with A.R. Coke and Associates for the sale, resale, and develop- ment of certain real properties located at 300 -324 East Huntington Drive and 10 South Third Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project. d. Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. ARA -57 Making certain findings with respect to the consideration to be received by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency pursuant to a certain Participation Agreement by the Arcadia Redevel- opment Agency with A.R. Coke and Associates for the sale, and development of certain real properties located at 300 -324 East Huntington Drive and 10 South Third Avenue in the Central Redevelopment Project; approving the proposed sale of said real properties and the Partici- pation Agreement pertaining thereto; and author- izing the execution and implementation of said Participation Agreement.
