(1) Planning Commission Resolution 1138 granting a
Conditional Use Permit for a three -unit apartment
at 146 Alice Street.
(2) Planning Commission Resolution 1139 granting a
Conditional Use Permit to expand the existing La
Pinata Restaurant at 200 East Foothill Blvd.
(3) Tract Map 40156 to construct a five -unit resi-
dential condominium at 610 South Third Avenue
(public hearing to be scheduled).
(4) Recommendation to claim SB 821 Funds for pedes-
trian facilities and recommendation for approval of
plans and specifications and authorization to adver-
tise for bids for wheel chair ramp construction at
various locations.
(5) Recommendation for approval of plans and speci-
fications and authorization to advertise for bids
for installation of sports lighting at Civic Center
Playfield.
(6) Recommendation for adoption of resolution
approving Supplement No. 2 for Baldwin Avenue Con-
struction Project Phase III.
(7) Report and recommendation regarding petition
filed by retired employees asking that City contract
with Public Employees' Retirement System be amended
to provide increase in cost -of- living allowance.
(8) Request by International Society for Krishna
Consciousness for a Certificate of Religious
Solicitation. (Request Public Hearing on May 6, 1980)

AND DESIGNATING A BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN FACILITIES PROJECT.
b. RESOLUTION NO. 4899 - APPROVING SUPPLEMENT N0, 2
(REVISED) TO AGREEMENT NO. 07 -5131 (BALDWIN AVENUE RECON-
STRUCTION, PHASE III, JOB NO. 479), PROGRAM OF LOCAL
AGENCY FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM PROJECTS, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SUCH REVISION.
C. RESOLUTION NO. 4896 - AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4778 BY
AMENDING SECTION 4 TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR MODIFICATIONS FOR
