Ordinance No. 1708 - For Introduction - Suspending Ordinance No. 1625 and Arcadia Municipal Code Section 9233.3 of the 2oning Ordinance to reclassify the Anoakia Area at 701 West Foothill Boulevard from R-O 30,000 & D to R-Q 22,000 & D. Council Action b. Resolution No. 4905 - Amending Resolution No. 4186 by Amending the City of Arcadia Personnel Rules and Regulations to conform those sections concerning employment of relatives, authority of City Manager to set salaries, educational pay - sworn personnel, probationary periods, sick leave accumu- lation, holidays, and grievance handling with agreements entered into as a result of the meet and confer process taking place during the years 1978 and 1979 with certain recognized employee organizations. _ c.
