a. Consent Items:
(1) Request for a six month time extension for
Tract 35266, a 10 unit residential condominium at
405 Genoa Avenue.
(2) Final Tract 35704, for an 18 unit residential
condominium at 924-928 Arcadia Avenue.
(3) Recommendation for approval of street closures
for Fourth of July Block Parties:
Wistaria, E1 Monte to Aolly, 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Anita Crest, Grandview to Chantry; 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Magna Vista, LeROy to Lyndon, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

(4) Coyote Control Agreement with the Los.Angeles

c. Recommendation for award of contract for Civic Center
Athletic Field Sports Lightinq Project, Job No. 480.
d. Recommendation for approval of plans and specifications
for Annual Slurry Seal Project and authorization to adver-

and authorization to advertise for bids for Annual Concrete

to do master plan and deficiency study of the Arcadia sewer
system.

9. CITY ATTORNEY
a. Ordinance No. 1708 - For Introduction - Suspending
Ordinance No. 1625 and Arcadia Municipal Code Section
9233.3 of the 2oning Ordinance to reclassify the Anoakia
Area at 701 West Foothill Boulevard from R-O 30,000 & D
to R-Q 22,000 & D.
Council Action
b. Resolution No. 4905 - Amending Resolution No. 4186 by
Amending the City of Arcadia Personnel Rules and Regulations
to conform those sections concerning employment of relatives,
authority of City Manager to set salaries, educational pay -
sworn personnel, probationary periods, sick leave accumu-
lation, holidays, and grievance handling with agreements
entered into as a result of the meet and confer process
taking place during the years 1978 and 1979 with certain
recognized employee organizations. _
c. Agreement with Special Counsel James J. Clancy.
