NO. 4348 - PAC VOTING to have amended Resolution No. 4348, Section
VII, Subsection E pertaining to voting where
a simple majority of those members present
at a PAC meeting would be sufficient to pass
any PAC action or recommendation rather than
the approval of six members presently required.
4. Presentation by American Television and Communications Corporation (ATC)
regarding a cable television franchise for the City.
5. Report and recommendation regarding Independent Cities Association of
Los Angeles County's proposed liability insurance joint powers agreement.
6. Consideration of the 1980 -85 Preliminary Capital Improvement Budget.
7.. Recommendation for setting the amount of the required performance bond
for the construction of the expanded Teleprompter cable television system
between Foothill Blvd. and the Foothill Freeway.

zone with an approved C.U.P.

Report and recommendation regarding application by Six
Star Cablevision for a cable television franchise.

turn out lane at Huntington and Civic Center Place,

(2) Request from Church of the Good Shepherd for
street lighting installation on Holly Avenue.
(3) Recommendation for adoption of resolution
approving application for grant funds under the
Roberti Z'berg Urban Open Space and Recreation
Program.
(4) Recommendation to enter into an agreement
with Caltrans for engineering services on Federal
Aid Projects.
(5) Recommendation for approval of Memorandum of
Understanding for Transit Coordination between the
City, the Southern California Association of Govern-
ments and the Los Angeles County Transportation
Commission.

Conditional Use Permit for a 12 -unit residential
condominium at 309 -315 California Street.
(9) Report and recommendation regarding agreement
with Los Angeles County for Animal Control Services.

a. Ordinance No. 1694 - For Adoption - Amending the
Arcadia Municipal Code by adding Sections 9220.22.1 and
9255.2.21 defining Cooperative Multiple Family Dwelling
and requiring masonry walls in R -3 zones and amending
Sections 9255.1, 9255.2.2, 9255.2.6, 9255.2.8, 9255.2.9,
9255.2.10, 9255.2.11, 9255.2.12, and 9255.2.18 pertaining
to regulations in the R -3 zone.

b. Ordinance No. 1695 - For Adoption - Amending Sections
2672.1, 2672.1.3 and 2672.1.4 thereof and repealing
2672.1.2 therefo, granting a Utility Use Tax exemption to
Heads of Households and increasing the exemption qualifi-
cation for individuals from an Adjusted Gross Income of
$5,000 to $7,500 and for couples from $7,500 to $12,000.
C. Ordinance No. 1696 - For Adoption - Amending the
Arcadia Municipal Code repealing various sections of
Article IX, Chapter 2, Part 2, Divisions 1 and 2, and
amending various sections in Divisions 0, 1, and 2 thereof
pertaining to side yard and rear yard setbacks in the
R -M, R -O and R -1 zones.
d. Ordinance No. 1697 - For Introduction - Amending the
Arcadia Municipal Code by amending Section 9266.2.7 and
adding Section 9275.53.1 thereto to permit outdoor
storage in Commercial and Industrial zones with an
approved Conditional Use Permit.
e. Ordinance No. 1698 - For Introduction - Amending
Subsection (a) of Subsection 7 of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 1646 adding a Performance Bond requirement for per-
formance of a Franchise Ordinance.
f. Ordinance No. 1700 - For Introduction - Providing for
the City of Arcadia Health Facilities Revenue Bond Law
including General Provisions and Definitions, Powers, and
Procedures to issue Revenue Bonds for the purpose of pro-
viding financing to participating Health Institutions for
specified purposes, and certain other Supplemental
Provisions.
g. Resolution No. 4891 - Approving the application for
Grant Funds under the Roberti - Z'berg Urban Open -Space and
Recreation Program.
h. Resolution No. 4892 - A Resolution of commendation
and appreciation of the City Council of the City of
Arcadia on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the
Arcadia Coast Little League.
i. Resolution No. 4893 - Concerning the issuance of
Revenue Bonds to finance facilities for Methodist
Hospital of Southern California.

Rules and Regulations of the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency
