1. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of appeal to create four lots from two
lots at 370-380 Longden Avenue (Murrey Seidner/William
Moore, applicants - continuecl from November 19, 1985).

Consideration of proposed Text Amendment adding photo-
graphers to the permitted uses in the C-0 zone (Real
Property Investments, applicants).

b. ORDINANCE N0. 1825 - For Adoption - Amending certain
regulations set forth in Article VIII of the Arcadia
Municipal Code, adopting the Uniform Building Code,
1982 Edition, Uniform Plumbing Code, 1982 Edition,
National Electrical Code, 1984 Edition, Uniform
Mechanical Code, 1982 Edition, Uniform Housing Code,
1982 Edition, and with changes, additions and
deleting certain building regulations set forth in
Article VIII of the Arcadia Municipal Code.
c. RESOLUTION NO. 5259, requesting the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Los Angeles to permit the
Registrar of Voters of said County to render speci-
fied services to the City relating to the conduct
of a General Municipal Election to be held in said
City on April 8, 1986.
d. _RESOLUTION NO. 5260, ordering the canvass of the
General Municipal Election to be held on the Sth
day of April 1986 to be made by the City Clerk of
the City of Arcadia.
e. RESOLUTION N0. 5261, adopting regulations for candi-
dates for elective office, pertaining to materials
submitted to the electorate and the costs thereof
for the General Municipal Election to be held in
said City on Tuesday the 8th day of April 1986.

RESOLUTION NO. 5262, calling and yiving notice of the
holding of a General Municipal Election to be held
in said City on Tuesday, April 8, 1986 for the
election of certain officers of said City as required
by the provision of the City Charter. _
