regulations and creating a Homeowners Association and Architectural
Review Board in the area bounded on the west by Baldwin Avenue,
the south by Foothill Boulevard, the north by Orange Grove Avenue
and the east by Santa Anita Avenue.

Application for a license to conduct Bingo Games at the Serbian
Orthodox Church, 1424 South Baldwin Avenue.
