PUBLIC HEARING To consider an increase in Dial —A —Ride fares beginning July 1, 1985, to $.85 for full fare passengers and $.40 for senior citizen and handicapped passengers. 2. PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance No. 1811, imposing a moratorium on adult entertainment establishments. URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 1811 — For Adoption — Imposing a moratorium on the consideration of, and prohibiting land use, building, licenses and permits of all applications for adult entertainment establishments during the interim pending a study of zoning proposals and regulations regard- ing such uses. 3. PUBLIC HEARING For the purpose of receiving public input relative to the granting of a Cable Television Franchise to Falcon Communications to con- struct, maintain and operate a cable television system to all areas of the City south of the Foothill 210 Freeway. ACTION AGENDA 3/19/85 4. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS ACTION Recommendation from the Senior Citizens' Commission to authorize staff to apply for 1985 -86 Title III Grant. 5. RECESS CITY COUNCIL 6. ORDINANCE NO. 1808 — For Adoption — Approving Text Amendment 84 -1 amending Sections 9269.5, 9269.7.1 and 9269.7.3 and adding Section 9269.7.5 to the Arcadia Municipal Code to amend the Parking Requirements for Regional Shopping Centers. b. ORDINANCE NO. 1810 — For Introduction — Adopting the Uniform Fire Code, the Fire Code Standards and amending Chapter 1 of Article III of the Arcadia Municipal Code relating to Fire Prevention and Public Safety. c.
