PUBLIC HEARING Underground Utilities District No. 10 — Baldwin Avenue from Orange Grove Avenue to Hampton Road. RESOLUTION NO. 5213, establishing Underground Utility District No. 10. 2. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Recommendation from Recreation and Parks Commission regarding revised Recreation Department Activity Fee Schedule. 3. RECESS CITY COUNCIL 4. Consideration of substandard lot width for Tentative Parcel Map 85 -1, a request to create two lots from one lot at 651 W. Lemon (Mur -Sol, Incorporated, Dan Grohs and Richard Ruiz, owner/ developers). b. Consideration of authorization of a subdivision agreement for Tentative Parcel Map 85 -2, at 300 West Duarte Road (Mur -Sol, Incorporated, Dan Grohs and Richard Ruiz, owner /developers). c. Consideration of authorization of a subdivision agreement for Tentative Parcel Map 85 -3, at the intersection of Live Oak and Las Tunas (Herbert Hawkins, developer). d. Approval of Storm Drain Project No. 1450 Arcadia, Line D - Foothill Boulevard and Rodeo Road. e. Recommendation for award of contract - Modernization of Irriga- tion Systems, City Library and Eisenhower Park Baseball Field - Job No. 564. f. Recommendation for approval of Arcadia Historical Museum building agreement with American Savings. B. CITY 14ANAGER Report and recommendation to adopt a Resolution of Intention to grant a Cable Television Franchise to Falcon Communications. RESOLUTION NO. 5215, declaring intention to grant a Cable Television Franchise to Falcon Communications to construct, maintain and operate a Cable Television system in all portions of the City south of the Foothill 210 Freeway, stating the terms upon which it shall be granted and fixing a time and place for a public hearing thereon. 9. CITY ATTORNEY a. ORDINANCE NO. 1807 - For Adoption - Approving Text Amendment 84 -7 amending Sections 9275.7.2, 9275.4.7.3 and deleting Section 9275.4.18 of the Arcadia Municipal Code to allow convenience food sales in conjunction with the sale of gasoline. -2- AGENDA 3/5/85 9. ORDINANCE NO. 1808 - For Introduction - Approving Text Amendment M -1 amending Sections 9269.5, 9269.7.1 and 9269.7.3, and adding Section 9269.7.5 of the Arcadia Municipal Code to amend the park- ing requirements for Regional Shopping Centers. c.
