PRESENTATION to the 1985 Citizens of the Year, June Fee and Dottie Burnett 1. PUBLIC HEARING For the purpose of receiving public input relative to the granting of a non — exclusive Cable Television Franchise to Group W Cable, Inc., to construct, maintain and operate a cable television system in all areas of the City. ORDINANCE NO. 1814 — For Introduction — Granting a non — exclusive cable television franchise and repealing Ordinance No. 1646 and Ordinance No. 1647. 2. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of Tentative Map.44077, a proposed 7 —unit residential condominium at 819 Duarte Road (Mike Soong and Ming Yang Yen, developers). 3. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of an appeal from the Planning Commission's action on M- 85 -32, an appeal from Santa Anita Village Community Association's denial of roofing material for a re— roofing project at 805 Coronado Drive (Marie Hart). 4. RESOLUTION NO. 85, instituting the commencement of eminent domain proceedings in connection with the acquisition of certain property in carrying out the mandates of the Redevelopment Plan for the Arcadia Central Redevelopment Project Area (Henderson Property). d. Request for authorization to obtain appraisals and Title Report for surplus parcel, Chicago Park. c. Approval of Plans and Specifications and authorization to Call for Bids on 24" Waterline at Live Oak Avenue and Second Avenue — Work Order 592. d. Annual street maintenance — Slurry Seal — Job No. 575. e. Street Resurfacing Program — reconstruction of various streets — Job No. 566. f.
