Lease Agreement between the Arcadia Redevelop-
ment Agency and Kiewit Pacific Company and
Authorizing and directing the Agency Chairman
to execute the Lease and related docu-
ments.
d. Request for Redevelopment Agency loan from the
City of Arcadia.
e. Proposed Exclusive Right to Negotiate (ERN)
