Request for Redevelopment Agency loan from the City of Arcadia. e. Proposed Exclusive Right to Negotiate (ERN) with Stanley W. Gribble & Associates for the South Side Project. f. Request for extension of 'Agreement for Financial Analysis Services with Katz Hollis Coren for the South Side Project. g.
