PUBLIC HEARING Petition for street lights on Arcadia Avenue from Golden West Avenue to Sunset Boulevard. 2. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of a request for a swimming pool fence variance at 2241 Highland Vista Drive. 3. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of a modification to construct an industrial building on a site containing 8,000 square feet of lot area in lieu of 15,000 square feet at 45 La Porte Street (Benny Joseph). 4. Consideration of Text Amendment 85 -7, a proposed text amendment adding Sections 9250.3.10, 9251.2.15 and 9252.2.24 to the Arcadia Municipal Code to limit the number of motor vehicles which may be maintained in the open on R -M, R -0 and R -1 single - family resi- dentially zoned property (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). b. Consideration of Tentative Map 42936, a 22 -lot subdivision located north of the Whispering Pines Estates development (Charles Bluth, owner /developer) (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). C. Planning Commission Resolution 1303 approving Development Permit R.M. 85 -1 for a 22 -lot subdivision in the R -M Residential Mountainous single - family zone north of the Whispering Pines Estates develop- ment and making findings of overriding considerations relating to mitigation measures and project alterna- tives for R -M Permit 85 -1 (Charles Bluth owner/ developer) (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). d. Recommendation for Annexation No. 13 to the Consoli- dated Lighting Maintenance District - Submission of Engineer's Report (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). e. Report on Urban Water Management Plan (PUBLIC HEARING TO BE SCHEDULED). f• Recommendation for approval of plans and specifications and authorization to Call for Bids for Contract Tree Maintenance Program - Job No. 583. g. ORDINANCE NO. 1823 - For Adoption - Adding Sections 9262.4.14 through 9262.4.18, 9260.3.11 through 9260.3.14, 9261.4.5 through 9261.4.8, 9260.3.3.1.6, 9261.4.1.2 and 9266.2.8.11 to the Arcadia Municipal Code requiring businesses to set forth part of their identification in Roman characters and Arabic numerals and requiring the address to be displayed on the building in Arabic numerals. b. RESOLUTION NO. 5252, declaring its intention to annex certain lands to the Arcadia Consolidated Lighting District (Annexation No. 13) and fixing a time for hearing objections to said proposal. 10.
