Consideration of Tentative Map 44170, a proposed
10 -unit residential condominium at 1018 Arcadia Avenue
(Franklin Yu for FDA Corporation, developer).
2. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of a request for a Building Code Variance
for the use of temporary mobile office structure at
212 -300 East Live Oak Avenue (Resdel Engineering
Corporation).
3. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of a proposed text amendment adding sections
to the commercial and industrial sign ordinance requiring
a portion of any sign to be in the Roman alphabet and
requiring the address to be displayed on the building
in Arabic numerals.
4. PUBLIC HEARING
Request by Best Disposal Company for an increase in
single - family residential refuse rates.
