PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of Text Amendment 85 -4, a proposed text amendment amending Section 9220.25 of the Arcadia Municipal Code pertaining to the definition of "Family ". 3. PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of Text Amendment 85 -5, a proposed text amendment amending Section 9220.2 of the Arcadia Municipal Code pertaining to Accessory Living Quarters/ Guest House regulations. 4.
