of the City of Arcadia, California, institu-
ting the commencement of Eminent Domain
proceedings in connection with the acquisition
of certain property for redevelopment purposes
(Bozorgiram property).
RESOLUTION NO. ARA 117, A Resolution of
Necessity of the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Arcadia, California, institu-
ting the commencement of Eminent Domain
proceedings in connection with the acquisition
of certain property for redevelopment purposes
(Valles property).
RESOLUTION NO. ARA 118, A Resolution of

Development Agreement (DDA) with WLA Arcon
for the development of the First /Huntington
site.
f. Request for the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency
to issue and sell Not to Exceed $4.0 million
in three year Tax Allocation Notes, and request
of the City Council that a Public Hearing be
set on the Commitment of Tax Increment Funds
for the Installation and Construction of a
Publicly owned Facility:
RESOLUTION NO. ARA 119, A Resolution of the Arcadia
Redevelopment Agency authorizing the issuance of
an aggregate principal amount not to exceed
$4,000,000 of Tax Allocation Notes of said Agency
to finance a portion of the cost of a redevelopment
project known as the Central Redevelopment pro-
ject.

3. MEETING OF THE ARCADIA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESOLUTION NO. ARA 120, A Resolution of the Arcadia
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Arcadia,
California, requesting the setting of a certain
public hearing in connection with the commitment
by the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency for the use
of Tax Increment Revenues to pay for the instal-
lation and construction of a publicly owned
building pursuant to Health and Safety Code
Section 33679.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA121, A Resolution of the
Arcadia Redevelopment Agency providing for the
sale of an aggregate principal amount not to
exceed $4,000,000 of Tax Allocation Notes for
the Central Redevelopment Project and approving
a financial consultant.
