ing'upon and in front of, and brush, rubbish,
refuse, and dirt upon and in front of certain
private oroperty in the City are a public
nuisance, and declaring its intention to pro-
vide for the abatement thereof (setting Public

Miller - Prepare ordinance regulating security bars and grates.
Historical Commission to be responsible for the operation of
the Museum building. Historical Society to be responsible for
fund raising and volunteers for the Museum.
Shuster/Howard - Work with Historical Commission to prepare
budget.
Declared Planning Commissioner Harbicht's seat vacated.
Appointed Herb Fletcher for another two-year term on the
Watershed Commission.
