ORDINANCE NO. 1826 - For Adoption - Amending Chapter 6 of Article II of the Arcadia Municipal Code relating to Utilities Tax. b. c. ORDINANCE NO. 1828 - For Introduction - Adding Section 4630.2 to Article IV, Chapter 6, Part 3 to the Arcadia Municipal Code prohibiting the use of portable gasoline engine powered blowers. ORDINANCE NO. 1827 - For Adoption - Adding Sec- tions 9220.49.1 and 9261.1.8 to the Arcadia Municipal Code by adding photographers to the permitted uses in the C-0 zone and setting forth a definition for photographers. -3- AGENDA 1/21/86 e •„~~. - . 11. RESOLUTION NO, 5274, approving Development Permit R.M. 85-1 for a 23-lot subdivision in the R-M Residential Mountainous Single Family Zone, north of the Whispering Pines Estates develop- ment, Findings and Statement of overriding considerations(to formally affirm the decision of the City Council regarding R.M.
