PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of extension of time for land-use moratorium for the area between Eighth Avenue and Tenth Avenue, north of Camino Real (continued from June 3, 1986). URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 1838, imposing a moratorium in the consideration of, and prohibiting land-use, and building permits of all applications for tentative maps or tentative parcel maps resulting in a divi- sion of lots or the creation of new or additional parcels in a specified area of the City. ORDINANCE NO_ 1839 - For Introduction - amending Section 2662 of the Arc adia 'Municipal Code regarding the Uniform Transient Occupancy Tax. 5. PUBLIC HEARING ACTION Proposed Operating Budget for 1986-87. RESOLUTION NO. 5303, adopting a budget for the Fiscal Year 1986-1987 and appropriating the amounts specified therein as expendi- tures from the funds indicated. 6. PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Federal Revenue Sharing budget for 1986-87. RESOLUTION NO. 5304, adopting the 1986-1987 Federal Revenue Sharing Program. 7. RECESS CITY COUNCIL 8. ORDINANCE NO. 1840 - For Introduction - repealing Part 9, Chapter 2, Article II of the Arcadia Municipal Code regarding the Arcadia Historical Commission. c.
